"When I am frying something, and I want to leave for washing dishes or do some stuffs
during that time, I was always in trouble to find where I would place the long chopsticks!"

I would say, in my country, Thailand, and in other western countries also,
we normally use flipper when frying something.
But in Japan, they use these long chopsticks when frying.

ให้เป็นรอยหยักนิดหน่อย พอวางตะเกียบได้ ท้ายสุด ก็เอามาหนีบกับกระทะเรียบร้อยโรงเรียนญี่ปุ่นฮ่ะ
I think this is an amazing user innovation and very unique Japanese-style problem-solving.
